Our dry chile mix is a multi-purpose mix. Originally made as an enchilada sauce mix, we have found that you can use it for almost anything. The green and red sauces are easy to make: Add the contents of the package to 3 cups COLD water. Bring to a boil, WHISKING constantly. Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes. Yummy options: Use as a topping for burritos, tamales, and huevos rancheros, or add to taco meat or a chili recipe. Refrigerate or freeze leftover sauce. Ingredients: Ground chile peppers, cornstarch, garlic powder, sea salt.
